ep30 get startedPablo Picasso had dreams as a young child of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming an artist.

At the age of 13, Picasso applied for art school and aced the entry exam. Through his continued momentum, actions and accomplishments, he achieved fame and fortune, and become one of the greatest influences in art and culture of the 20th century.

Many artists become accountants or office clerks. Picasso achieved his dreams because he took the ACTION to make it happen.

Just like Picasso, you can turn your dreams and goals into real-world achievements. Here are 3 simple actions to take:

  1. Write it down.

Once you’ve committed the stuff of your mind to paper, you’ve begun the manifestation process. Simply put, inked words on a page are tangible, and therefore far more “real” than the dream-dust of your grandest imaginings. You can look at it, touch it, and refer back to it when you’re stuck or need a reminder.

  1. Take small, simple steps.

Taking a trip from Los Angeles to London for the first time is a big undertaking, but taking one step at a time by researching, planning, budgeting and scheduling makes it possible to reach the goal. The same applies to your personal or business goals – by the yard it’s hard, but by the inch it’s a cinch.

  1. Keep going.

It’s easy to let disappointment, failure or fatigue stop you in your tracks. If you want to succeed, repeated action will get you there. When it all seems overwhelming and you just want to stop, refer back to #2.

Whether you have a great idea for a book, big dreams of becoming an amazing painter, or you just need to organize your office, you’re stuck in your dreams until you take action.

What inspired actions will YOU take TODAY?
